Charles E. Whitecotton passed away on April 23rd, 2022, at the Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital. Charles was born June 10, 1967 and was 54 years of age at the time of his passing.
A time of viewing is planned for 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday April 29th, 2022, at Anderson's Tribute Center, 1401 Belmont Avenue, Hood River, Oregon 97031.
